Re: "27 in hospital following rave," the Journal, April 30. Alberta taxpayers are paying for the drug-and alcohol related hospitalization costs of these partygoers.
Organizers of such events should be required to post a large sign at the entrance saying that any drug-related hospital treatment costs will not be covered by Alberta health care.
Make those who abuse the system pay.
